On the 5th of December 2013, Sydney Smith of iMediaEthics highlighted the media track of the Global Peace Convention 2013.

“The Global Peace Foundation is hosting an ethics conference this weekend in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Dec. 6-8 conference includes two sessions on journalism ethics.

“Ethical Reporting: Journalism with a Conscience” will feature Phillippines news site Rappler.com CEO Maria Ressa, Indonesia’s Jakarta Post chief editor Endy Bayuni and Malaysia’s Bernama general manager Yong Soo Heong.
